Cancellations

1:1 Sessions can be scheduled here. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with 48 hours of the scheduled date. If you do not a see a date/time that fits your schedule, please email us

If you cancel without rescheduling, with less than 48 hours notice, you are required to pay in full for your session. 

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, but reschedule your session, there is a $25 rescheduling fee added to your session. 


Payment

Payment is due at the beginning of your scheduled session. You may pay online here. If you prefer to pay via a check, please make it out to "Tell Me A Story" and bring to your scheduled session. 


Expectations

Tell Me A Story will:

  • Be on time for all meetings; keep appointments to the best of our ability and provide 48 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling. 
  • Give you our full attention when we meet. 
  • Work with you to create systems and actions that fit your unique strengths, personality, and storytelling goals. 
  • Be available by email for questions and concerns that arise throughout our work together. 
  • Maintain confidentiality about our work together. 

The Client will: 

  • Be on time for all meetings; keep appointments to the best of our ability and provide 48 hours notice for cancellation and rescheduling. 
  • Commit to our in-person work and homework during the course of our engagement; you will see results only by implementing changes and creating time to do the work. 
  • Be open to feedback on how to create time for working with Tell Me A Story and implementing changes. 
  • Ask questions when you want to understand something better.
  • Communicate what is and is not working for you, regarding our work together, or with your storytelling.
